License - Reinstalling the OS on my computer

Question

My laptop crashed so I just reinstalled my laptop (without deactivating the license) and when reinstalling IB it stays in Demo mode. When I insert the license code it says: Error activating InterpretBank. This license has been already activated (of course, it is on my PC).
